Group Stage - The top 4 teams in each region will battle out in a single round robin setup. The two teams with the most teams will advance to the playoffs and represent their region.

Playoffs - On this stage, the top 2 teams from each region will battle out on a best-of-three single elimination format. This will be a region vs region stage, until they reach the final stage.

Finals - The final stage will have the last two remaining teams. They will have a battle in a best-of-five format. The winner will be the first Philippine Collegiate Championship: Champion.
